This campaign focuses on revamping their custom configurator, which allows customers to personalize their own pair of sunglasses. The enhanced configurator seeks to provide a more interactive, user-friendly experience that encourages consumers to unleash their creativity. This marks an important milestone for the brand, as it celebrates a decade of individual expression and style through its customizable eyewear.

The team conducted an extensive user research process to revamp the custom configurator. This involved conducting user interviews to gain valuable insights into the user experience. These interviews enabled the team to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of their users. The insights gained from these interviews were then analyzed and used to redesign a more usable interface. The primary focus was on ensuring a logical user flow and improved usability.
